Disclamers 

       User must read and understand all instructions and safety warnings before installing and using Tire Teeth™, as user is responsible for damage to persons or property that are caused while using this product. Tire Teeth™ are recommended for passenger and commercial vehicles up to 20,000 lbs. GVWR. It is up to the user to determine if there are proper clearances between the tire, fenders, and any suspension or brake components to clear the traction cleat. Also, clearance must be checked by the user on the inside of the wheel so that the brake components will clear the strap when Tire Teeth™ are applied. Tire Teeth™ are only to be used for getting unstuck; never for general driving. Everything that contacts the road on your vehicle eventually will wearout. This is a very harsh environment. As such, user should remove Tire Teeth™ as soon as he or she becomes unstuck. Tire Teeth™ are not a replacement for four- wheel drive, aggressive tires, or tire chains. Tire Teeth™ will not get you unstuck in all situations. Some situations require extra assistance or additional vehicles, such as a tow truck, to get a vehicle unstuck. User shall assess every situation to avoid hazardous situations and injury to persons or property.

Limitations 

       BCBG is not responsible for repair or replacement that is required because of normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, modification, tampering, the use of add-on or modified parts, improper operation, storage or maintenance, negligence, improper use or use in a manner not intended. BCBG is not responsible for repair or replacement that is required because of an Act of God, including but not limited to, lightning strikes, flooding, rain, snow, sleet, etc. Finally, BCBG shall not be responsible for repair or replacement that is required due to exceeding the load limits outlined in this manual. Any replacement part that is equivalent with respect to the functional performance of the original part may be used in the performance of maintenance or repairs. If any non-original BCBG part causes or substantially contributes to a failure, that failure may not be covered by this warranty. BCBG shall only honor this warranty and the rights and responsibilities set forth in this manual. Any statements, advertisements, or implied warranties made by sales agents or others shall not constitute any part of this warranty and shall not be honored. 

Limitation of Liability 
Notwithstanding any statement or assertion, whether explicit, implied or otherwise, in this Limited Warranty or otherwise, BCBG shall in no event be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Warranty under any contract, tort, indemnity, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (a) any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries that may arise in connection with the use or inability to use this product. To the greatest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding anything in this Limited Warranty to the contrary, or the failure of essential purpose of any limitation of liability or limited remedy, BCBG's maximum cumulative liability arising from or relating to this Limited Warranty or the subject matter hereof, under any legal theory, whether in contract, tort, indemnity, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid to BCBG by Purchaser for the particular product that caused the liability. 

Limited Warranty 

       Provided such goods are operated and maintained in accordance with the written instruction manual provided by Back Country Big Game Products, LLC (hereinafter, "BCBG"). BCBG warrants that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product only and shall not be extended to any subsequent owners of the product during the coverage period. Repair or replacement parts are warranted for ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Any part repaired or replaced during the warranty period assumes the remainder of that warranty period. 

Other Warranties 
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED. 

BCBG's Responsibilities 
The obligation of BCBG under the terms of this warranty, should product be determined to be defective, is limited to the repair or replacement of product, at BCBG's option, with equivalent product. BCBG shall pay for the parts and labor required to repair or replace the product. BCBG shall repair the product with new or factory rebuilt parts at BCBG's sole discretion. 

Purchaser's Responsibilities 
In order to effectuate this warranty, Purchaser must register their product and activate the warranty within ninety (90) days of purchase of product. In order to register product, please return the postcard attached hereto, or go online to www.tireteeth.net and complete the online registration. The Purchaser agrees that should a problem arise, any warranty claim shall be submitted to BCBG in writing or via email, with a brief description of the problem, pictures or images of the problem, if possible, and the date of failure. Purchaser agrees to include a dated Proof-of- Purchase Receipt with any Warranty Claim. 

Normal Wear
This warranty shall not cover repair where normal use has exhausted the life of a part, including, but not limited to, traction cleat, ratchet, strap, and strap retriever. Product, like all mechanical devices, needs periodic parts replacement and service to perform well. The service life of any Product is dependent on the care it receives and the conditions under which it has to operate. Some applications are very dirty, which can cause excessive wear. Such wear, when caused by dirt, dust or other abrasive material which has entered the Product and remained there due to improper maintenance, is not covered by warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage due to improper installation, external causes or scheduled maintenance.
